Bluewater Events Venue is underway
Construction of a £60m exhibition and events centre in Kent, England, will commence this month and is expected to open in 2011.
Developer Lend Lease has hailed the 5,200 sq m Bluewater Events Venue as the next milestone in the evolution of its Bluewater Retail Centre, which welcomes 28 million visitors a year.
The Denton Corker Marshall design creates a distinct identity for the venue which is complementary to the mall in form, location and experience.
